COVID-19 Testing in eastern North Carolina

A woman takes a COVID-19 home test.

ECU Health continues to provide COVID-19 testing, if needed, for patients during their scheduled visits at ECU Health primary and intermediate care offices. COVID-19 tests through ECU Health will be billed as a normal service and cost to the patient, including copay, may vary based on the patient’s insurance.

Those strictly seeking a COVID-19 test should not visit the Emergency Department and should instead contact their primary care office or seek alternative testing options, including community testing sites or at-home tests.

To find testing in your area, please visit the NCDHHS test finder page.
